Pat Mackesy as Chair of the Hamilton Law Association Real Estate Subcommittee recently chaired the very successful annual seminar on Real Estate as well as delivered a paper at such. There were about 140 lawyers in attendance.

It was necessary that my associate and I apply for membership under the Law Society of the North West Territories in order to be able to represent our client in that jurisdiction.

From Nov. 13 to 15, Mike Winward attended the Plenary of the County and District Law Presidents’ Association (CDLPA) as the representative for Ontario’s central south region.

It is with great sadness and fondness that we reflect on the passing of Justice Eugene Fedak.
