Tom was a fine lawyer who had a successful private practice but also made a significant contribution to the law as a federal prosecutor and Small Claims Court Judge.  We were sometimes on the same side and at other times on the opposite side of a dispute but Tom was always a gentleman who was fair.  He was well liked and respected.   The Hamilton legal community will miss him.
